Xiaodong Zhu, MD

Dr. Xiaodong Zhu received his M.D. from Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University in 2003, and from then on, he worked in the department of medical oncology in Fudan University Cancer Center. He devoted to the comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal cancer, and focused on the mechanism of chemo-resistance and predictive biomarkers of clinical outcomes. Dr. Zhu has published more than 20 research papers in many prestigious journals including J Clin Oncol, Oncotarget, Pharmacogenomics, PLoS One etc. Currently, Dr. Zhu is the youth committee member of Professional Council of clinical chemotherapy of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the member of Professional Council of Nutritional oncology and supportive care of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the member of Professional Council of gastrointestinal cancer of Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association and the Editorial Board member of Focus on Gastrointestinal Tumor.
